Description
Ancient Roman Coin – Diocletian AE20 Post-Reform Radiate – Late 3rd Century AD
A genuine ancient Roman bronze coin (AE20) issued during the reign of Diocletian, one of the most important emperors of the late Roman Empire. This coin dates to the period following Diocletian’s major monetary reforms of the late 3rd century AD.

This coin is a post-reform radiate issue, identifiable by the radiate crown worn by the emperor on the obverse, a style traditionally associated with Roman antoninianus coinage of the period.
